Elite Engineering's PCV Oil Catch Can features a unique 3-chamber design that effectively separates oil from crankcase vapors, eliminating the negative effects of excessive intake system oil contamination. The oil vapor enters the first chamber, where it is caught in stainless-steel mesh, before moving on to the diffusion chamber, which only allows clean air vapor to pass. Finally, the vapor passes into the exit chamber before exiting the catch can.

Unlike other catch cans on the market, Elite Engineering's product is designed to condense the oil vapor and trap it inside the container, rather than just trapping a few oil droplets. The design incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and screening mechanism to collect and condense the oil vapor. The can has a storage capacity of approximately 8 ounces and is effective at catching a significant amount of oil. It also includes high-quality stainless-steel mounting hardware and screws, as well as a custom-machined mounting bracket made of black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, designed to fit specific vehicles.

The standard kit includes the catch can assembly anodized in various colors, with 3/8" barbed inlet/outlet hose fittings and a custom-machined bracket. It also includes all stainless-steel mounting hardware, 3/8" ID fuel and oil vapor-compatible hose, PCV adaptor hardware, and black zinc-plated hose clamps. Brass hose barb fittings are standard and the product is proudly designed, machined, and assembled in the USA.
