Elite Engineering PCV Oil Catch Can Kit for 2006+ Dodge Hemi 5.7L - RED

Elite Engineering's PCV Oil Catch Can features a unique 3-chamber design that effectively separates oil from crankcase vapors, eliminating the negative effects of excessive intake system oil contamination. The oil vapor enters the first inlet/filtration chamber, where it is caught in the stainless-steel mesh before moving on to the second transition/diffusion chamber. The diffusion chamber has specific holes to remove the oil and only allow clean air vapor to pass through, before reaching the third exit chamber.

Not all Catch Cans are created equally! While most are just comprised of an empty container with 2 ports, our Catch Can is designed to condense the oil vapor and trap it inside the container. Our test-proven design includes a stainless-steel mesh and screening mechanism to condense the oil vapor into liquid droplets that fall to the bottom of the can. The top assembly is specially designed to prevent liquid from climbing out the exit hole during aggressive driving conditions. The stored oil volume is approximately 8 ounces.

The standard PCV Oil Catch Can & Hardware for 2006+ Dodge Hemi 5.7L comes in red color and features C1 nickel hose barb fittings, XRH 1/2" size rubber hose, and fender mount bracket. It also includes a check valve, clamps, and clean side separator.

The standard kit includes a beautifully anodized Catch Can assembly in a choice of available colors, complete with 3/8" barbed inlet/outlet hose fittings, custom machined mounting bracket, stainless-steel mounting hardware, fuel and oil vapor compatible hose, PCV adaptor hardware, and black zinc-plated hose clamps. Brass Hose Barb fittings are standard.
