Elite Engineering's PCV Oil Catch Can has a unique 3-chamber design that effectively separates oil from crankcase vapors, eliminating the negative effects of excessive intake system oil contamination. The oil vapor enters the first inlet/filtration chamber where it is caught in the stainless-steel mesh before moving onto the second transition/diffusion chamber. This chamber has specific holes to remove the oil and let only clean air vapor pass. The vapor then enters the third exit chamber before exiting the catch can. Not all Catch Cans are the same, and many on the market are simply comprised of an empty container with 2 ports. Our Catch Can is designed to condense the oil vapor and trap it inside the container, unlike the simple design of other products. Our test-proven design incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and screening mechanism to collect and condense the oil vapor, with a stored oil volume of approximately 8 ounces.
